Price and Realibity
As we know, Windows hosting is generally more expensive than Unix hosting. The price of EasyCGI is one of the lowest price you can find in the industry. EasyCGI guarantees 99.9% uptime and 30 days money back. EasyCGI offers free SSL on the Basic plan and above. The price is basically a steal, for windows hosting!
Control Panel
That’s EasyCGI’s weak point. The control panel is a custom one and it lacks features that other control panels have (e.g Cpanel).
Customer Support
As mentioned above, EasyCGI offers one the best customer support in industry. Support tickets are being submitted via e-mail and you usually get a reply within an hour! Lately, they’ve also implemented live support but I haven’t got a chance to test it yet.
Note: In my research about EasyCGI hosting, I couldn’t find any complaints against Easy CGI.
